300+ Greeting Cards for Rogers House

In another fabulous AVA Gallery and Art Center public art project, in spring 2011 seven participating artists in AVA’s educatonal offering: Lino-Cut and A Public Art Project with Josh Yunger, created a whole series of original greeting cards (myself included).

The team went to town in the printshop, joking around, spinning great tunes and producing an edition of over 300 cards of varying designs.  Each was paired with an envelope and then compiled into batches of 5. The resulting packages were tied with a ribbon and given as a gift to all 56 residents of Rogers House, a state-assisted senior housing project one block away.
